Imperfections in cultured pearls will not be an acceptable reason for return since they are totally natural and cannot be altered giving it perfect round shapes. For the pearl of Mallorca that is accompanied by the ten-year guarantee, the guarantee covers any defect exclusively in the pearl, provided that it has received the necessary care. The refund of the purchase amount, when appropriate, will be made in the same payment method with which you purchased the item you return.
